SHIPPING STATUS
We at guavaberry try our best to send out your packages on time every day. All orders received will be process and shipped within 1-2 business days and typically arrive at their destination in the US within 5-7 business days after having been shipped from the dedicated fulfillment center. Processing and delivery times do not include weekends or public holidays. Please note that actual shipping times may be subject to courier service and weather conditions. - Shipping speed is one of our top priorities at guavaberry. To provide our customers with the fastest shipping speed, the dedicated fulfillment center processes orders right after they are placed. Once order have been placed, they cannot be modified or canceled. You can track your orders on our website page footer. Please take care to fill out your full name and address at checkout, including first and last name to prevent any postal delays. Please note that sometimes during high-volume or sale periods, there may be some delay in having your order shipped out.
DELIVERY
Once a package has shipped we have very little control over it. Guavaberry is not responsible for any delays caused by the carrier, especially during high-volume periods. We can never guarantee a delivery date.
If you are not home to accept your package, the carrier will assess whether it is safe to leave package. If not, a calling card will be left in your letter box detailing the steps for arranging re-delivery or picking up your delivery at the local post office.
If you have not received your package within 25 business days of placing the order, email shop@gavaberryusa.com with your Full Name and Order Number and we'll look into the matter immediately!
guavaberry is not liable for missing parcels due to errors on the customer or carrier's part.
