Refund policy
At guavaberry we want our customers to be completely happy with their purchases! If you are not satisfied, we accept returns with full refund.
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. Unworn, unaltered, unused with tags still attached and in its original packaging.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on final sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Returns
To start return process click on 'Create Return' located on our website page footer and follow instructions. Have your order number and email handy. A return shipping label will be sent via email in 2-3 business days. We ship from different warehouses, therefore returns will only be accepted with the shipping label we provide for you. The return label is valid for 6 days, so be prompt on mailing the item back to us.
Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return. We will let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
guavaberry is not liable for missing parcels due to errors on the customer or carrier's part.
